Toddler Room
Our Toddler Room is a warm, welcoming space for children aged 2–3 years. Designed to feel like a second home, this environment invites toddlers to develop their independence, creativity, and sense of belonging. Through Reggio-inspired play, meaningful relationships, and thoughtfully planned experiences, we nurture confident learners who feel safe, supported, and ready to discover their world.
A Home Away from Home
We create a comforting and familiar environment, with soft furnishings, cozy nooks, and family photos displayed at children’s eye level. Each toddler is greeted by name and supported with gentle transitions, individual routines, and the warmth of consistent educators who truly know and care for them. This strong sense of belonging empowers toddlers to feel safe and thrive.

Reggio-Inspired Learning
We follow each child’s natural curiosity to guide learning. Whether it's investigating ants on the playground or exploring water flow with pipes and scoops, our educators extend interests into rich, evolving projects. With magnifying glasses, books, art, and open-ended discussions, children engage in meaningful investigations that make learning exciting and personal
Building Independence
Our toddlers are supported to “do it themselves,” from serving their own food to putting on their shoes and hats. Thoughtful environments — with low shelves, labeled tubs, and visual cues — make it easy for children to make choices and build independence. Every accomplishment, big or small, is celebrated, helping toddlers grow into capable, confident individuals.

Communication & Sign Language
We support toddlers to express themselves through words, gestures, and simple sign language like “help,” “more,” and “finished.” Songs, picture cards, and group discussions expand vocabulary, while everyday interactions are filled with opportunities to build connection and confidence in communication.
Creative, Purposeful Play
Our daily learning is built around play. Toddlers explore clay, textured rollers, loose parts, recycled materials, and natural elements to build, create, and imagine. Whether they’re making a “train” from cardboard boxes or painting with leaves, every activity supports fine motor development, problem-solving, and creative expression — all while having fun.

Natural Materials, Real Experiences
We favour open-ended, natural materials like wooden blocks, pinecones, shells, and woven baskets over plastic toys. These real-world textures stimulate sensory engagement and spark imaginative play, helping children learn to sort, build, create, and role-play in calm, focused ways.
Outdoor Play & Physical Development
Our toddlers enjoy extended outdoor time each day in a purpose-built space that promotes physical strength and coordination. They climb, balance, crawl, and run through obstacle courses and participate in group movement games that build teamwork and motor planning. Outdoor play also supports emotional regulation and body awareness through water, sand, and nature-based experiences.

Musical Exploration
Music is a joyful part of our toddler day. Children explore rhythm, sound, and movement using real instruments like drums and tambourines, or sound jars filled with rice and pasta. Group music sessions include dancing, clapping, and expressive sound play — building memory, confidence, and connection through music.

Supportive Educators & Family Partnerships
Our educators build deep, trusting relationships with each child and family. We offer daily updates, share learning stories, and take time to understand each toddler’s needs, interests, and personality. Every step — from a first sentence to a new friendship — is supported, celebrated, and shared. We’re here not just to educate, but to champion every child’s growth and wellbeing.
